The luxurious cruise ship also complies with all the anti-pollution regulations for a complete safeguarding of the marine eco-system and environment. Halton Marine delivered first one in the world, energy efficiency control system for cabin ventilation on a board a cruise ship. 	1 Bligh Street in Sydney CBD is to become a flagship premium grade project that is targeting the world's best environmental practices. The building is set to create a new benchmark in Australia for sustainable high-rise and provide an enduring presence attuned to emerging cultural, social and environmental concerns. The elliptical shape of the building's facade demands innovative HVAC solutions for the management of the facade's loads. Halton’s passive chilled beams were adopted for this purpose, while the centre zone of the building is provided with variable air volume conditioning system. This hybrid approach provides maximum flexibility for tenant while effectively managing thermal gains. Very high levels of indoor air quality will be achieved, with the ventilation system providing a 250% improvement over Australian standards.    ´
	Resort World Sentosa in Singapore is a family resort that includes six hotels, a casino, Universal Studios Singapore®, The Marine Life Park, the Maritime Experiential Museum and the Aquarius Water Park. Resort World Sentosa environmental concerns were paramount. Halton delivered indoor environment solution for resort’s 250 kitchens. Halton systems save energy efficiently, provide good conditions for the kitchen staff as well as mitigate emissions to the outside by breaking down grease particles from the kitchen exhaust air. Operating costs of all of the kitchens with Halton indoor climate were projected to be 30-40% lower than with conventional design.
	Le 58, Eiffel Tour. Building on a long-standing relationship with the Eiffel Tower in Paris, Halton Foodservice has supplied and installed an advanced energy-saving kitchen ventilation system for Le 58, the newly refurbished restaurant on the first level of the tower. The Halton solution had to address a number of technical challenges while ensuring high levels of comfort for kitchen staff, minimal energy consumption, and a low cost of ownership. As a result the kitchens operate with 30-40% smaller exhaust air flow rates than conventional systems and produce excellent indoor climate for both the staff and the restaurant clients. Exhausted air is also efficiently cleaned to minimise the emissions to outdoor air.
	IKEA, Australia – Green Project of the year.  IKEA's goal was to substantially reduce its energy consumption in the new store located in Logan, south Brisbane. The solution was to take an innovative approach to air conditioning of the 30,000m2 outlet. The store's HVAC system reduces both energy consumption and costs by 50% compared to traditional systems, while ensuring optimal climate control and comfort for the more than 1 million shoppers every year. The indoor environment solution is based on chilled beams technology that is more energy efficient than conventional systems. The system supports IKEA’s business by creating a good climate in the store.
	Lahti City schools and day care centers. Lahti City utilized Halton’s Indoor Environment Diagnose service to evaluate indoor environment problems in schools and day care centres that had received indoor environment complaints. After analysis and implementation of corrective actions, symptoms have clearly diminished or disappeared completely in all of the facilities. City has also changed school design instructions regarding the air distribution based on the results of the diagnosis. - In addition to improved conditions, we have saved time and money by conducting only the needed tests. The results from the pilot are encouraging and we intend to use the evaluation in the future in our other facilities as well, comments Jouni Arola, Facility Maintenance Manager, the City of Lahti.
