WITHOUT Capture JetTM
The Capture Jet nozzles have been neutralised. Even the small draft generated by a man walking allong the hood (much more lower than standard seiling diffusers) is enough to spread the thermal flows and cause spillage.

 WITH Capture JetTM
The same cause do not create the same effect. The thermal flows rising is also disturbed by the draft but the action of the Capture Jets still Capture and contain them avoiding any spillage.
