BAG FILTERS

Bag filters are the most commonly used in air filtering. They are manufactured in different filter classes for a great variety of filtering purposes, and they can be divided into coarse mesh and fine filters. Bag filters are made of glass fibre or synthetic fibre.

Halton bag filter classes:

Only a high-quality filter keeps the ventilation ducts clean and removes harmful particles from the indoor supply air.  Halton’s bag filters are manufactured from high-quality, environmentally friendly materials. The installation frames are made of sturdy galvanised steel. The inner steel frame reinforces the structure of the filter and ensures its correct function. To ensure sufficient air-tightness, the filter pockets are glued to the outer frame. To ensure that the bag filter works correctly, the threads of the filter pockets shall be of correct length. The sewing seam of Halton’s bag filters is sealed by gluing.

Halton’s easy-to-handle glass fibre filters keep their shape. To assure the highest possible quality, one filter is manufactured from each raw material batch and tested by Finnish technical testing authority VTT. The operations of Halton Clean Air are controlled by the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 quality assurance and environmental standards.
