1. Assessment of the situation

To protect our customers’ processes, we need to know the gaseous impurities present in the outdoor air. We can determine the quantities of more than 50 different gases by applying a gas analyser to the indoor supply air. The result is then used for designing the chemical filtering solution that best suits the case. Our customers receive a detailed report on the quality of the surrounding outdoor air.

2. Design and calculations

Using the outdoor air analysis results and the customer’s system information, we design the most appropriate air filtering solution. As a result of the calculation, our customers receive precise specifications for the system required and an estimate of the price of the filtering solution. Our offers include 2D images of the recommended solutions; 3D images are available for the filter components.

3. Just-in-time delivery

We provide our customers with a customised air-filtering solution on a just-in-time basis. Our deliveries can cover complete systems, including filter components, modules, and filtering materials, as well as pre- and final filters, or we can provide only specified materials, at the customer’s discretion.

4. Monitoring of filtering systems

Our unparalleled monitoring system allows for monitoring the functioning of the filtering system in real time. The output information can be integrated with the customer’s monitoring systems, which then constantly indicates the filtration efficiency. This allows for just-in-time replacement of filtration materials, which increases system and process reliability as well as providing a lower cost of operation.
